Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of any damaged items or packaging.
- 2.Evaluation
Our quality control team will assess the issue to determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is the best solution for your specific case.
- 3.Return Shipping
If a physical return is required, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send the items back to our roasting facility.
- 4.Resolution
Once your return is received or your claim is approved, we will process your refund or dispatch a fresh replacement within 3-5 business days.
